The agreement between you and Quit Now for the purchase and use of our digital materials.

1. What you are buying

Quit Now provides a digital program consisting of written materials, worksheets, and supporting tools delivered as a downloadable file. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials for your own individual use.

2. One-time payment

All purchases are a single, one-time payment for the product tier you select. We do not store recurring billing details and we will never automatically bill you again. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay and are charged in the amount displayed.

3. Delivery

Access is delivered digitally, immediately after your payment is confirmed, via an on-screen download and/or a link. If your download does not appear or you have any trouble accessing your materials, email support@quit-now.xyz and we will make it right.

4. Refunds

Because the product is delivered instantly as a digital download, purchases are generally final. That said, we stand behind the program: if it did not work for you, or you had a problem accessing it, contact support@quit-now.xyz within 30 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith and issue a refund where appropriate.

5. Acceptable use

• The materials are for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share your download with others.
• You may not reproduce or repackage the content as your own product.
• You may not use the materials for any unlawful purpose.

6. Not medical advice

Quit Now is an educational self-help program. It is not medical, psychological, or professional therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling with compulsive behaviour, anxiety, depression, or thoughts of self-harm, please seek help from a licensed provider. You use the program at your own discretion and are responsible for your own decisions.

7. No guaranteed outcome

Results depend on the effort and consistency you put in, and individual results vary. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome. The materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quit Now and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the materials. Our total liability for any claim relating to the product will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

9. Intellectual property

All content, text, design, and branding in the program and on this website are owned by Quit Now and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any content to you.

10. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By buying, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its “last updated” date, will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the materials after a change means you accept the updated terms.
